Users of the app are mainly hobbyists and people in education.

The game editor is full of features, but with an accumulation of UX problems (the product started as an open-source project with only engineers and no design considerations).

The team wanted to reverse this trend, but didn’t know how.

They wanted the help of a designer to improve the experience.

Overview - How I approached the project
